As local newspapers close and TV station ownership consolidates, what's being lost - and what's emerging to fill the void? In our "Navigating News Deserts" panel discussion, Iowa journalists will help PRSA Iowa members understand the changing media landscape across the Midwest, how they're navigating the ever-changing media industry, and how PR professionals can best engage with these new publications to make sure we're reaching Midwestern residents with our messages.
Panelists include writers from two Iowa publications - the Business Record and Iowa Capitol Dispatch - will join us to share how they've adapted their publications to stay relevant in today's media landscape.
