Our customers and audiences are more divided than ever. In this era of polarization and highly-charged social and political discourse, how can we better equip ourselves to demonstrate civility? We’re privileged to have Drake University Co-Executive Director of the Center for Public Democracy, Scott Raecker, present this timely topic that impacts us all.
His interactive presentation will incorporate research-based strategies to focus on how we as communications professionals and citizens can play a role in creating a culture of excellence and civility. We’ll enhance core leadership competencies and skills that are motivated by relationship building, clear communication of expectations, purposeful habits, pro-active mindsets and accountability.
