Work Routines and Company Cultures

Many employers marked Sept. 5 as the date by which associates were required to return to offices after working from home for much of the COVID-19 pandemic. A study shared by SHRM shared a whopping 90 percent of companies plan to implement a return to office policy the end of 2024. We’re curious — who is working from home or in the office full time? How have you or your fellow associates responded to changes occurring in your work routines? In a communications role, have you been responsible for directly managing or supporting the roll out, and what strategies or tactics have been implemented to drive engagement, improve company culture, or support retention? How have you worked with C-Suite to drive decision making around these initiatives?

AI and its impact for Communications Professionals

It’s a hot topic and greatly impacting the work we do. Communications and marketing professionals are using AI for everything from producing press releases or media reports with natural language generation to performing advanced sentiment analysis on social posts and comments. We can build chatbots for a brand’s newsroom or consider AI recommendations to surface relevant news and shape brand perception. We want to hear from you! How are you currently using AI in your role? What pressure, if any, are you receiving from leadership to incorporate more of these tactics? How might it impact your strategic planning efforts or budgeting for 2024?
