About Dr. Wen Chang
Dr. Wen Chang is an assistant professor at Iowa State University. She got her Ph.D. degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas majored in hospitality administration. As a human scientist, she examines challenging organizational problems related to employee retention and motivation through a positive organizational behavior perspective. Her research provides valuable implications for managers to create an environment that improves relationships, enhances productivity, reduces turnover and fosters the well-being of talented employees.
