Every year, experts try to predict what’s in store for social media. Topics like paid social advertising and video storytelling top the lists, but how do they apply to your brand’s efforts? Josh Krakauer, CEO of Sculpt, an Iowa City-based digital agency that lives and breathes this stuff, discusses the topics and platforms relevant to social media today, and arms the audience with tips on how to thrive in an ever-changing, mobile-first marketing world.
About Josh Krakauer
Josh Krakauer is Sculpt's CEO, but he'd be just as happy if you called him "that social media startup guy." In 2012, Josh joined two former classmates on a mission to help the brands in his backyard connect with their human customers more humanly. Today, Sculpt powers the social, digital, and creative efforts for regional and national entrepreneurial brands. His collaborative team of writers, designers, and strategists work and play in downtown Iowa City.
A “human router,” Josh is obsessed with connecting people passionate about their ideas. Josh sits on the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center’s Advisory Board, mentors early-stage startup teams, and speaks to founders of all ages about building brands online.
In his free time, Josh thinks about his busy time.
